**This position reports to**:
Service Manager - LATAM
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Services in Mexico and America Region. You will be mainly accountable for: - Drives consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score - NPS). - Ensures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility. - Drives, implements, reports, and monitors performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.). - Runs the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. - Implements agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction. - Invests in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction. - Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Electric o Mechanical Engineer, Industrial or automation Engineer, Business Management.
- 8 yrs + experience in: Mexican and CA&C Electrical Systems industry experience
- Customer Service and Project Management experience (Experience in Large projects - 3M USD or higher)
- Contract Management / Install Base Management
- Proven Leadership experience
- Advance English
- Cost Management, Digital Service (SAAS) and Manufacturing Knowledge (desirable)
- Industry Segment knowledge (Minning, Oil & Gas Utilities, Food & Beverage, Water & Waste water, Building/Infrastructure) (desirable)
