Job Summary
The Associate HR Business Partner plays a critical role in partnering with managers, providing employee support and delivering high-quality HR programs and processes on site whilst ensuring consistent alignment of HR policies of the organization.
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles - Experience with SAP and HRIS systems; Workday a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Understanding of HR concepts and processes such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning and Development - Knowledge of local labor laws within the assigned geography - Good problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Collaborative and skilled in building positive relationships - Planning and organization skills - Adaptable to change Training / Certifications - Understanding the human resources policies, procedures and benefits can be an advantage.
