**The Opportunity**

**Your Impact**

As Transformation Supplier Transaction Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

- ** Performance and Workload**:Develop methods to monitor volumes, turn-around-time, and workload across the team making recommendations for process improvements and workload reassignments.
- ** Documentation and Training**: Develop and document standard operating procedures, train new team members, and provide refresher training as needed.
- ** Resolve Transactional Issues**:Work with urgency and accuracy to address transactional issues caused by master data in a timely manner that is correct the first time and minimizes negative impact.
- ** Decision Making**: Use critical thinking, research of existing data and transactional activity, and analysis of change impacts to decide the best actions to take to meet business needs.
- ** Data Quality Standards**: Understand and adhere to data quality standards to drive decision making and prevent dirty data.
- ** Collaborate with Stakeholders**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Accounts Payable, Procurement, and business units to understand and meet business needs.
- ** Data Privacy Management**:Support enforcement of policies and procedures to protect sensitive and personal data. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and best practices for data handling and usage.
- ** Detect Issues, Trends, and Risks**:Identify issues, trends, and risks and collaborate on ways to minimize future occurrences
- ** Other duties as assigned.**

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field

**Experience**
- Experience designing, implementing, integrating, and sustaining effective business processes
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex. Excel, PowerBI)
- Strong documentation skills and use of MS Word
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data and analytics
- Previous experience with master data
- Previous experience will requisition to pay processes
- Familiarity with process automation and technology-driven improvements
- Experience working with supplier master data preferred
- Experience working with SAP MDG and SAP S4 preferred
