MISSION:
Is in charge of supporting the team with administrative activities and processes
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Order & delivery
Helps with POD (Proof of delivery) obtention.
Helps processing Return letters for customers.
Helps with reporting on order entry and/or AR.
Phone calls.
Starts with a third skill of phone calls in order to support the team with queue call.
- Applies standards and procedures (including internal control rules & embargo.).
- Contributes to continuous improvement to enhance work methods and customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- English C1- Bachelor´s Degree- No experience required
