**Project Manager CGA**:
**Project Manager able to manage complex and diferent type of projects for the region Consumer Goods Americas (Cost Saving, Innovation, Go to Market, M&A, Change Management), delivering the maximum value and benefits from projects and programs***:

**What You Will Do**:
-Project Management/Lead for Key Priority Projects that impacts directly to our BU Goals

- Identifies, prioritizes and coordinates project and program resources

- Helps define goals (commercial, marketing, product, financial) and creates a vision of success

- Drive goals/target accomplishment over Key priority projects for CGA

- Regular Follow-up with cross functional teams

- Helps focus stakeholders efforts

-S et up alignment calls for decision taking with Steering Commite

- Proactively manages risk/change. Enables informed decision-making through evaluation and recommendations

- Build synergies and processes to drive alignment and decision taking

- Implement Prime methodology for ensuring project success in all areas during the life cycle of the project

- Administration guidance and support for key and complex projects (KPPs)

- Ensures rigorous documentation and seeks to transfer learnings across business

- Look for tools and methodologies to improve project management

**Who You Are**:
Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience, bussiness oriented and strong teamwork and communication skills

Professional Degrees or related Carreers: Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Marketing.
