Production Coordinator

**Role Summary**
Garantizar el cumplimiento al programa de producción cumpliendo con la normatividad y sistemas de manufactura mandatorios dentro de la organización.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de producción dentro de los estándares de calidad establecidos por el cliente y partes interesadas que correspondan.
- Optimizar los tiempos de cambios de modelo y herramentales para alcanzar los objetivos de producción a través de la metodología SMED.
- Alcanzar los valores establecidos en los indicadores de Producción (KPI´S).
- Analizar los resultados de manufactura y establecer planes de trabajo eficaces.
- Líderar y/o participar en la realización de actividades 8D´s para hallar causas raíces y soluciones permanentes de problemas crónicos o críticos del área.
- Optimizar los recursos asignados (Materiales, Humanos y Económicos).
- Identificar y manejar los riesgos operativos en sus áreas para eliminar o minimizar los mismos.
- Planear y controlar inventarios en conjunto con el área de Logística.
- Identificar las necesidades de capacitación del personal a cargo.
- Gestionar al personal a cargo.

- Ingeniería Industrial - Titulado.

- 5 años de experiência como Coordinador de Producción.
