Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Atención a usuarios internos en lo relacionado a soporte a computadoras, monitores, impresoras, teléfonos celulares, tabletas, cámaras fotográficas, Microsoft Office, cámaras CCTV, software, sistema Epicor.
- Instalación de cableado de red en la planta.
- Atención a visitas.

Experiência y requisitos
- Escolaridad: contar con Licenciatura o Ingenieria en el area de Sistemas.
- 1 año de experiência en soporte a usuarios en industria maquiladora (es indispensable)
- Horario: de 8.00 a.m. a 6.00 p.m.
- Conocimientos en:

- Paquetería Windows office
- Herramientas para ponchado de cables
- Contar con experiência en instalación y mantenimiento de equipos CCTV es un plus.
- Experiência en atención a tickets.
- Dominio del idioma inglés a un nível conversacional.
