Review disputes regarding the credits of Nissan and Infiniti customers entered by customers into the company's global system.
- Update costumer's credit score after developing an investigation on their account history.

**Provide support to the function of the Credit Bureau for NMAC, in accordance with the guidelines and policies defined by the company to comply with the requirements of a legal and regulatory nature for the operation based in the United States.**

**Responsibilities**
- Review disputes regarding the credits of Nissan and Infiniti customers entered by customers into the company's global system.
- Update costumer's credit score after developing an investigation on their account history.
- Monitor compliance of the operation in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions of the United States.
- Notify in time the answer about the disputes generated by the clients via system.
- Ensure the accuracy of the information regarding the customer's information.
- Analysis of accounts in Collection & bankruptcy.

**Requirements**:

- BA Degree preferred
- Desirable experience in administration activities
- MS Office Advanced (Excel proficiency)
- Fluent English.
- No write-ups within the last 12 months.
