**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
The role's main purpose is to execute US portfolio services for the payroll catalog leveraging the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfillment.
**Your Impact**:
As a Payroll Analyst, your functions would consist of
- Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay:
- Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfillment of requirements
- Capture information in payroll systems.
- Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing data sources to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.
- Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
- Responsible for proper escalation of daily resolution issues
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
- Continue communication and support with local functional teams
- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
Qualifications:

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Related Field
**Experience**
- Experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Advanced English skills
