We’re looking for a receptionist that covers administrative duties for assigned TGCS office such as administrative support, office supplier management and payments like lease office, janitorial services, utilities, messenger services, legal, accounting, other invoices reception and process direction and so on to support the office operation
**What you will be doing**:
**Your typical day as a Toshiba Receptionist will involve**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Organizes local documentation
- Support logistics for customers and business partners
- Provides general support to the team in the office
- Responsible for printing the invoice forms provided by the government in the country for HW, SW, Prof. Service and Maintenance
- Support to all office staff in administrative tasks that require (Sales Team, Maintenance Team, Human Resources Team and Financial Team) Collaboration with development team to recreate issues and validate fixes.
**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of**
- 2+ years professional experience in administrative support
- English speaking skills.
- Computer and office software skills
- Office assistant support
- Customer service skills
- Organized
- Good interpersonal relationships

- Marketing
- Accountant - Basic
