**The Opportunity**

Support 2 sub-tracks of the Revenue Growth Management, that is part of the PMF of the Future initiative.

Promo AI. This role will be responsible for the data mining, setting, execution,hypercare and maintenance of the Global Promo AI tool, also will be re-designing the Trade Spend process, KPI’s definition and granularity of the information, analysis and validation of the tool output

D&A Architecture. This role will be supporting all the data integration, analysis, clients ranking definition and D&A strategy definition

**Responsibilities**:
**Your Impact**

As Finance Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
- Support standardization and automation of the Trade Spend file
- Support consolidation of the Trade Spend Calendar
- Align and provide all the data needed for Promo AI tool implementation
- Support the re-design Trade Spend alignment process
- Consolidate and validate all the data needed for the commercial initiatives post-mortem analysis
- Support Promo AI tool mainteinance
- Be the contact person for any doubt or assistance regarding the Promo AI tool

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Education

Finance, Economics, Engineering or Administration.
- Experience

Interest in areas of: Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting.

Communication skills (multidisciplinary at all levels) - Create an inclusive culture

English - advanced level business conversations

Microsoft Office: Excel (Level: advanced), Power Point (Level: basic), Power BI (considered a plus).

Ability to develop partnerships and to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization

Analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with multiple areas of the organization

Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios

Ability to deliver solid results under high pressure environment

Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

Continuous improvement mindset
