**In this role, you will**:

- Responsible for ensuring the legal compliance of Foreign Trade Operations, for which he is an expert in customs and tax laws
- Monitor changes on regulations that applied from different authorities and execute those changes within K-C for continuity of the business.
- Commit to deal with different government entities that could request and administrative act from K-C
- Comply and monitor the requirements of CTPAT and OEA certifications, leading audits and follow-up with the departments involved.
- Identify weaknesses in Internal Control procedures and company systems and recommend changes to strengthen the Internal Control system, while contributing to the achievement of company objectives.
- Coordinate the internal control system, including the following point; Advise on the development of new procedures and changes to current procedures
- Develop a formal program of review and audit of practices applied in operations and management to ensure compliance with written/approved procedures
