Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Operations Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Director, Operations, this role involves responsibilities for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources, and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence
What a typical day looks like:
- Metal Mechanics Process Manager.
- In charge of punching, bending, insertion, painting, welding, assembly and stamping processes.
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
Experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in similar position in Metals processes.
- Tool room / tool crib team.
- Experience in NPI.
- Personnel Management.
- Experience in dealing with customers.
- English communication skills (verbal and Written).
