We are looking for someone who **Excels at processing transactions **to join our real estate company and help us buy and sell investment properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review contracts for compliance and accuracy
- Understand and coordinate all contact deadlines and timeframes
- Order closings complete transactions
- Coordinate status updates between all parties involved
- Maintain the master schedule and review paperwork for all closings
- Problem-solve to ensure issues do not negatively impact closings

**Qualifications**:

- MUST take a Job Fit Assessment to be interviewed (link is down below)
- FULL-TIME Commitment
- Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively build relationships over time
- Able to quickly process details quickly, and problem-solve effectively
- Real estate or mortgage experience is a plus, so is being a notary public

**Technology Requirements**:
**1. CPU core i5 equivalent or higher**
**2. 8Gb RAM or higher**
**3. At least 50Mbps Fiber internet connection or higher**
**4. Preferably SSD storage for faster data processing**
