YOUR OPPORTUNITY- In this role, you will be responsible for the attention of the most important and trendsetters’ outlets in your area, generating the most appropriate sell strategy to each one, also educating and motivating the sell staff in order to create sustained growth of sales and awareness to our portfolio; therefore, It will boost the performance and growth of Bacardi brands in its territory by negotiating commercial terms and building lasting relationships with customers. Your strong communication, presentation, networks, and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.- ABOUT YOU- For this position we are looking for an executive who is willing to live our values. Demonstrating high Learning Agility will be fundamental not only for success in this role, but also for potential growth to other roles across Bacardi in the future. We have a clearly defined Leadership Excellence framework, and you will be expected, as a member of the Bacardi team.**Responsibilities**:

- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:
Deliver results and excellence in execution.- Comply with sales objectives, distribution, product mix, photo of success in each customer service.
- Develop and manage the sales plan for your territory (Logical Paths) based on the delivery of business priorities.
- Manage the performance of the territory / channel / account on a monthly / quarterly basis, working with the clients / distributor to guarantee delivery of the forecast and budget (volume / value / execution) in line with Bacardi Scorecard.
- Act as the leading contact with the client, creating effective long-term relationships with customers.
- monitor the activities of the competition and generate action plans based on the analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients to seek input to improve products and services and solve day-to-day operational questions / problems.

Develop talent that can position Bacardi in everyone's mind.- Implement the best standardized business practices.
- Have a thorough knowledge of Bacardi history and culture.
- Connect resources and capabilities (for example, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Point of Sale (POS), research, sales of support materials) to support local business objectives

Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- To be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Well-developed written and verbal communication, presentation.
- Effective use of networking and strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident presence and in person professional appearance.
- Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel & Power Point).
- Fluency in languages. (English and Spanish)
