Como Ejecutivo de Ventas, serás responsable de generar negocio a través de la venta de los productos de la marca BIC, desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de venta alineadas con los objetivos de la compañía para el canal tradicional, verificar la implementación de planes comerciales de Sell In y Sell Out, controlar los níveles de inventario y venta de los clientes, coordinar altas de productos y proyectos, y control de cartera y provisiones para alcanzar el volumen de ventas de manera sustentable en el año establecido para la zona.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con las cadenas regionales que generen mayores ingresos para la empresa.
- Diseñar planes estratégicos alineados a los objetivos y prioridades de la organización y de los clientes para incrementar sostenidamente las Ventas Netas y el Sell Out de los clientes.
- Apoyar en la gestión de cobranza y mantener cartera sana de los clientes.
- Rentabilizar el catálogo y portafolio de los clientes regionales.
- Actuar como el principal punto de contacto entre las cadenas regionales y los equipos internos.
- Comunicarse y colaborar con los departamentos de trade marketing, marketing, finanzas y logística para garantizar que se satisfagan las necesidades clave de BIC y de los clientes.
- Desarrollar un conocimiento profundo de las necesidades y requisitos de los clientes y preparar soluciones personalizadas.
**Projects You’ll Work On**:
- Lograr el objetivo de cuotas establecidas por la compañía, apertura de nuevos clientes. catalogación de productos clave con clientes de la zona.
- Seguimiento y negociación de pedidos y/o fechas de entrega
- Desarrollo de proyectos y planes claves a su cargo dentro de los clientes y categorías
- Cumplir la cuota de budget establecido por la compañía
- Lograr el mix de los productos establecidos por la compañía.
- Aplicar las estrategias de ventas en líneas de productos clave.
- Recuperación y mantenimiento de cartera.
**Qualifications**:
- Estudios mínimos requeridos:
- Licenciatura.
- Conocimientos / y experiências necesarias más allá de los estudios mínimos:
- 2 a 4 años de experiência dentro del área de ventas de consumo masivo y manejo de clientes **(Zorro y Sahuayo)** dentro de la zona asignada.
- Conocimientos básicos de finanzas.
- Otros factores clave:
- Manejo de excel intermedio,
- Manejo de carro estándar.
- Disponibilidad para viajar
