**CHANGE MANAGEMENT LEADER (esquema híbrido)**
- **Objetivo del puesto**:_

Tiene como misión crear e implementar estrategias innovadoras y creativas que faciliten la adopción de nuevas tecnologías por parte de nuestros clientes.

Mediante la aplicación de metodologías comprobadas, este rol busca cambiar la cultura organizacional y asegurar ágil adopción de herramientas y soluciones basadas en Microsoft, como Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Viva y Microsoft 365, así como soluciones de nube Microsoft para ciberseguridad.

**Conocimientos y Experiência**:

- Dominio de tecnologías Microsoft
- Metodologías de gestión del cambio como Prosci o ADKAR
- Diseño organizacional, gestión de proyectos, habilidades de comunicación y negociación, experiência en capacitación.
- 3+ años en gestión del cambio, implementación de tecnologías Microsoft y liderazgo de equipos. Indispensable haber dirigido proyectos de cambio organizacional y tecnológico en diversas industrias.

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Liderar la implementación y adopción de tecnologías avanzadas de Microsoft en las organizaciones de los clientes.**:

- **Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios para desarrollar e implementar las estrategias de gestión del cambio **(planificación y ejecución de programas de capacitación, coaching, gamification, etc.)
- Asegurar la ejecución de los proyectos de adopción de cambio tecnológico con eficiencia.
- **Consultor para clientes externos, **proporcionando orientación experta y soluciones personalizadas.
- **Diseñar soluciones innovadoras que no solo mejoren la cultura organizacional de los clientes, sino que también optimicen sus procesos empresariales a través de la adopción de tecnologías Microsoft como Copilot, Microsoft Viva y otras aplicaciones Microsoft 365.**:

- Comunicación efectiva y continua con las partes interesadas para asegurar alineamiento y compromiso con el proyecto de cambio.
- Negociar con patrocinadores del proyecto y la alta dirección.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y desarrollos en tecnología y gestión del cambio para poder ofrecer las soluciones más actuales y efectivas.

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
