**Tus actividades principales**:

- Búsqueda proactiva de oportunidades de automatización de procesos.
- Asesorar a los clientes internos sobre soluciones técnicas que puedan optimizar/automatizar procesos.
- Estimar la implementación de proyectos en términos de esfuerzo y complejidad.
- Desplegar herramientas complejas multiplataforma en diferentes tecnologías, C# (IDE - Rider), UiPath, VBA, SharePoint, SAP Scripting (GuiXT), otras tecnologías RPA que contribuyan a los objetivos de ahorro de la empresa.
- Creación de una documentación lean de los proyectos implementados en SCRUM
- Adaptación del documento de definición de procesos elaborado por un director de proyecto a las necesidades del negocio y desarrollo (garantía de calidad)
- Mantener contacto con los clientes internos.
- Otras tareas solicitadas o asignadas.

El **Especialista en Automatización de Procesos de BPA** ideal cuenta con los siguientes requisitos:

- 2 años de experiência en el manejo de proyectos de TI (preferiblemente automatización de procesos o análisis de datos/BI en un entorno de desarrollo ágil)
- Experiência en informes o contabilidad financiera **es una ventaja.**:

- Conocimientos básicos de Git. JIRA/Bitbucket, WPF/ASP.NET, Python, Selenium y C# escritorio y/o UiPath **son una ventaja**:

- Al menos 2 años de experiência en el lenguaje C#, incluidas las mejores prácticas (SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DRY) Experiência práctica con HTTP (del lado del cliente)
- Habilidades avanzadas de programación general que permiten construir y ampliar marcos de RPA.
- **Excelente conocimiento de los métodos de entrega de TI (cascada, ágil, SCRUM)**:

- Conocimientos básicos de Git.
- Inglés avanzado Indispensable.
- Buenas habilidades de organizacion, flexibilidad y adaptabilidad.
