**Requisitos**:

- **Escolaridad: Licenciatura concluida al 100% (TITULADO PREFERENTEMENTE).**:

- **Experiência: Mínima de 2 años en atención a clientes PREFERENCIALES.**:

- **Experiência de 2 años en capacitación de software vía online de servicios digitales.**:

- **Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.**:

- **Deseable experiência en el sector digital, Tecnológico y Salud (recientes y estables).**:

- **La vacante es para trabajar 100% presencial.**

**Zona: Polanco V sección, alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo (a 5min caminando de Liverpool Polanco).**

**ACTIVIDADES**:

- **Capacitar al cliente en la instalación de herramientas y funcionamiento de plataformas vía on - line.**:

- **Resolver la mayoría de los problemas en base a la primera interacción.**:

- **Instalación, capacitación y demostración de actuales y nuevos productos y servicios, haciendo crecer su experiência de servicio y facilitando el crecimiento orgánico de la empresa.**:

- **Atención ejecutiva personalizada a clientes preferenciales (AA y AAA).**:

- **Resolver dudas sobre el uso del producto y la educación del cliente.**:

- **Detectar necesidades y oportunidades con clientes y establecer áreas de mejora.**:

- **Cross-selling**:

- **Llevar a cabo proceso de Onboarding de SaaS**:

- **Documentar acciones con clientes en plataforma de CRM (Dynamics)**:

- **Mediante diferentes procesos de apoyo vía remota, solucionar las fallas en sus servicios.**:

- **Retención de clientes mediante el manejo adecuado de objeciones.**:

- **Analizar estadísticas y resultados.**

**HABILIDADES: Capacidad de planificación, organización, logro de objetivos, Orientación al cliente interno y externo.**

**HABILIDADES DE LIDERAZGO: Trabajo en equipo, Pensamiento estratégico, etc.**
