El objetivo del puesto **Customer Development Executive** es desarrollar y respaldar la asociación entre Colgate y un grupo de clientes / tiendas en un territorio asignado o en una geografía determinada para una cuenta clave con el fin de entregar ventas netas, volumen de distribución, NPAT y mercado, alcanzar objetivos, juega un papel integral en impulsar la demanda de los consumidores al:

- Construir relaciones con contactos clave (por ejemplo, compradores, gerentes de tienda) y proporcionar a los clientes un análisis objetivo y confiable de su negocio para garantizar que los clientes tengan una cartera adecuada de productos Colgate que reciban una exposición óptima a nível de tienda minorista.
- Comprender de manera proactiva las necesidades del cliente y desarrollar soluciones comerciales para cumplir con los requisitos de Colgate y del cliente.
- Realización de revisiones comerciales periódicas y seguimiento de la actividad de ventas, nuevos productos, servicio al cliente, cuentas por cobrar y reclamaciones.
- Interpretar informes de ventas para identificar problemas y nuevas oportunidades para Colgate y los clientes.
- Maximice P&L de las cuentas seleccionadas.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de clientes que aumenten de manera rentable el volumen de ventas, la distribución y la participación de mercado.
- Trabajar la logística para planificar, analizar y pronosticar las necesidades de los clientes, hacer un seguimiento de los pedidos para garantizar la entrega a tiempo y completa, y priorizar los requisitos del cliente cuando el producto no está disponible.
- Brindar información sobre clientes y compradores para impulsar oportunidades de crecimiento incrementales.
Comprender el propósito comercial estratégico de las promociones y actividades en la tienda y garantizar que estas actividades (por ejemplo, pantallas, POP, precios, espacio / Planograma) cumplan con los planes y se ejecuten con éxito.
- Brindar una cobertura efectiva y visitar las tiendas / clientes asignados con la frecuencia requerida.
- Seguimiento de los KPI y adopción de medidas para mejorar el rendimiento.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios Universitarios en Finanzas, Marketing, Administración de Empresas o carrera afin.
- 1 año de experiência como comercial para compañías de productos de consumo masivo.
- Dominio intermedio Excel o Google Suite (sheets, slides and docs)
- Nível de inglés intermedio-avanzado
- Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones.
- Deseable experiência trabajando para canal indirecto.
- Conocimientos de SAP (deseable)
