Como Gerente de Recursos Humanos en NAPS, coordinarás la operacion del departamento y te asegurarás del cumplimiento de las políticas y reglamentos internos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Seguimiento de los métricos del departamento.
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento de los sistemas y procesos de operación del departamento.
- Elaboración, actualización y alineación de políticas y procedimientos para RH y su aplicación al resto de las áreas.
- Seguimiento de la capacitación del personal de nuevo ingreso del departamento.
- Responsable de la actualización de las Descripciones de Trabajo.
- Terminaciones de contrato por violación al RIT o por término de periodo.
- Seguimiento a los líderes y supervisores de la correcta aplicación de RIT y aplicación del sistema de quejas.
- Coordinación de las actividades del programa anual de eventos motivacionales.
- Ejecución y seguimiento del plan anual de capacitación, adiestramiento y productividad.
- Participación y preparación para auditorías tales como CTPAT, Human Rights u otros.
- Enlace y seguimiento del Sindicato de la empresa.
- Seguimiento y revisión de los contratos de Servicios de los diversos proveedores que brindan servicio al departamento de RH.
- Participación y seguimiento de proyectos, planes de carrera, previsión social y de Mejora Continua de RH.
- Fomentar una cultura de alto rendimiento y colaboración, promoviendo la diversidad y la inclusión en todas las áreas de la empresa.
- Gestionar las relaciones laborales, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y constructiva con los representantes de los empleados y los sindicatos, cuando corresponda.

**Conocimientos**:

- Relaciones laborales y sindicato.
- Dirección de equipos de trabajo.
- Desarrollo organizacional.
- LFT y reformas laborales y normas.
- Estrategias RH.
- Políticas, procedimientos generales RH.

**Requisitos**:

- 5+ años de experiência en puesto similar
- Excel avanzado
- Bilingüe (inglés 90%)
