**Your tasks**:
- Supports commercial quoting activities regarding pricing and terms and conditions.
- Prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
- Prepares reports of business transactions.
- Enters new customer data and maintains data for current customers into global SAP.
- SAP management of contracts, pricing records (i.e. Tooling, Piece Price), sales orders, delivery notes, invoicing and shipments.
- Commercial support regarding supplier records and annual sales planning
- Supports Customer Team in the investigations and resolutions of customer commercial issues/problems.
- Supports preparation of pricing proposals and the execution of contractual negotiations with the customer in conjunction with supervisor and account managers.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external customers.
- Assist account managers with new business proposals.
- Assist & create business proposals and presentations
**Your Profile**:
- Three years of technical sales experience within the US automotive industry. Project management experience. Experience with market analysis and marketing.
- English Advanced
- German Intermediate-Advanced
- Bachelor of Business Administration and/or Engineering Degree from four-year college or university.
