**About the team**:
The Creative Consultancy team at TikTok helps the industry to understand how creativity works on the platform. The team is formed by different kinds of profiles, such as art directors, designers, and copywriters, serving as creative consultants to inspire advertising marketing to raise the bar of the creative content produced for TikTok. This position will help a lot to engage, educate, and inspire the market with best-in-class examples, promoting relationships and opening collaboration opportunities to deliver the best creativity.
**About the role**:
1. Understand the business needs of clients to develop creative proposals.
2. Collaborate with xfn teams to identify opportunities where creativity could help to unlock business.
3. Help clients to understand how TikTok could contribute to leverage their business objectives.
4. To provide educational talks of how TikTok works and how creative best practices could help brands to get better results.
5. Help clients to build TikTok first materials for their campaigns but also help them to understand how to use already existing material for other media and turn it into videos for TikTok.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strong initiatives to boost business (e.g. Events, education programs, etc.)
**Qualifications**:
**Minimun Qualifications**:
- Experience in the creative industry.
- Understand the business objectives of clients. We don´t make creativity just because, everything we create must point to an objective.
- Understand how to use data, insights and how this could provide relevant help to build strong creative proposals.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in presentation skills and public speaking.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Advanced english skills
- Availability to work in a hybrid work environment
**Preferable Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and trends.
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Capacity to adapt quickly to changes and work in a fast environment.
