**ASSISTANT MANAGER**

**LULULEMON POLANCO**

Es responsable de los aspectos clave de la operación de la tienda incluyendo la administración del piso de venta, manejando y liderando un equipo, merchandising, gestión de inventario y administración de ventas. A través de esta posición, alentará y llenará de energía a aquellos con los que entrará en contacto, siendo responsable de la evolución de las funciones en la tienda y de la experiência final de los guests.

Capacidad para entrenar y delegar efectivamente.

Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Orientado al detalle.

Excelentes habilidades de organización.

Inglés intermedio.

Salario base mensual: $18,759 + Comisiones mensuales por alcance de venta + bono de puntualidad y asistencia
