This position is responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring of the Sales Force platforms with the aim of assuring a proper alignment with the corporate strategy across all sales forces, Access and Medical teams.

Establishes objectives, breaks down tasks, tracks progress, and takes corrective actions towards assuring execution and goals accomplishment within PVUs

Embraces and understands the "One UCB" culture and understands how to collaborate effectively across teams, business units, or functional groups; and influences decision making processes

**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Assure a compliant CLRM execution on field
- Ensure a full alignment between business operation model and CLRM capabilities towards assuring proper assets & customer insights and analytics collection
- Creation and analysis of Sales & Medical dashboards (KPIs) to provide relevant insights for Business Units - Customer Facing.
- Based on CLRM outcomes develop analysis for the prompt decision making process within BU’s
- Ensure a correct implementation of defined actions through sales force monitoring performance platform
- Implement the Segmentation and Targeting process and tracking the engagement evolution
- Assure the weekly tracking for products recently launched, actively participating in the business unit meetings
- Actively participate in deployments and new sales force structures with the aim of matching relevant indicators for reaching company goals
- Match the performance between sales & KPI’s
- To offer Sales Force the analytical tools to contribute the best performance of their field job, as well as bringing support in the analysis and interpretation of the information.
- Provide insights based on the information and drive different actions to achieve Business goals
- Represents SFE area in Global CLRM (Closed Loop Relationship Management) Project
- Decreases or eliminates non-value adding activities at all stages of the process; maintains a focus on reducing costs and improving process quality and execution
- Drive a cultural change in the Sales Force towards a more digital environment to deliver insights and engage Physicians based on their preference
- Update of HCP panel through UCB platforms
- Users training related to CFT tools such as Veeva, SalesForce, Qlik Sense etc.
- Support CFT cycle planning
