Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Junior Salesforce L2/L3 Support Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a global, science-led biopharmaceutical company specializing in discovering, developing, and commercializing prescription medicines. They work alongside the world's leading academic and biotech research institutions to stimulate innovation and evaluate emerging technologies. The client operates in over 100 countries, and its innovative medicines are used by millions of patients worldwide.- Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience with IT delivery.
- Knowledge of SF architecture.
- Understanding of Salesforce fundamentals.
- Experience with logic & process automation.
- Experience with integrations
- Experience with programmatic features.
- Background in SF lightning.
- Good understanding of the support process.
- Experience working in Agile projects.
- Ability to communicate and explain your tests and their results to technical and non-technical people.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and their tech stack.
- Lateral thinking.
- Experience collaborating with people across the globe with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Good English.
Responsibilities:

- Assist in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and solution/technical design for enhancements.
- Provide root cause analysis and e2e resolution.
