TGS - BD has Technology & Global Services around the world, TGSs use platforms and tools to process information in a standardized way with continuous improvement and sharing best practices. In this way it allows to organize the activities, with the objective of providing conditions to each local entity to focus its resources on the operations that the company needs in this new stage of growth.

Source to Pay - Business Analyst BP for LATAM
Leads and manages all aspects of supporting, implementing and improving business processes for the business units/ functions/ regions in one or more of the processes in these areas:

- Source to Pay Area including the support of the full processes for the area providing the tools, systems, dashboards, information an any other tools to support the functional growth of the area.

Job Description

Functions:

- Ensure the process design and system usage aligns to business/regional, functional strategy.
- Provide business case rationale and requirements for enhancements to processes and system. Ensure integration across processes is considered.
- Support the development of the organizational capabilities related to their mega process and the overall Business Process Management strategy.
- Proactively communicate to the Super User network. Facilitate Super User meetings to drive best practices and the execution of projects and day-to-day operations.
- Drive process optimization and promote commonality in processes and tools. Use Continuous Improvement capabilities (Six Sigma, Lean, Agile).
- Proactively engage and communicate to the organizational leadership about project progress, issues and solutions.

Requirements:

- Professional: Engineering or similar
- Advanced English
- Strong cross functional process expertise
- Demonstrated end-to-end business process thinking
- Customer centric focus and global orientation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes and gain buy in.
- In depth knowledge of Business Process Management and related systems (SAP ECC 6.0 Source to Pay process)
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills to solve business conflicts.
- Able to successfully interface with all levels of the organization.
- Experience in Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma (Desirable)
