Currently we are looking for our next:
**A&M Invoice Payments Assistant Analyst**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company Control organization by processing payments for the A&M invoices across PBNA.

**What will you be doing?**

Functional Responsibilities includes the following:

- Partner with marketing and finance to process purchase orders and submission of invoices
- Obtaining budget approval & setting up SAP IM projects
- Process A&M invoices in accordance with the company policy
- Process payments for over 100 sponsorship contracts across PBC
- Support marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- +3 years of experience in Accounting
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- Experience with SAP
- Requires attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel
- Good time management skills
