We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Payments Operations Analyst

Requirements

Main responsabilities:

- Ensure that cash, payments and reconcilliation transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defects.
- Process transactions and queries relating to Onward & Outward payment processing, Electronic Transfers, Investigations & Verifications, Branch Enquiries, Inbound & Outbound calls to Customers & Branches, Manual Payments, Cheque Payments and the reconciliation of accounts.

**Requirements**:

- 1-yeared experience desirable in Payments, Operations (Social Service and Proffessional Practices are accepted).
- Proficient level of spoken and written English.
