Vår kund letar efter en passionerad, motiverad och resursfull person att gå med i deras Lifestyle-team. Som lifestyle manager kommer du att uppfylla förfrågningar om resor, detaljhandel och underhållning (konserter, sport, kultur och mycket mer) inklusive restauranger, klubbar och barer på uppdrag av de skandinaviska medlemmarna. Du kommer att använda din expertis för att hjälpa deras medlemmar att få ut det mesta av sina liv, samtidigt som du växer kunskap inom ditt team och i hela företaget. Du kommer att använda dina research
- och kommunikationsförmåga för att tillhandahålla personlig lösning till våra kunders medlemmar begär inom angivna tidsramar på premiumnivå.

Viktiga ansvarsområden:

- Betjäna sina medlemmar på ett artigt och professionellt sätt hela tiden
- Designförfrågningar via telefon och e-post på svenska och engelska främst inom områdena restaurang/ klubbbokningar, presentorganisation, biljetter (sport, kultur), spa / fitness, yacht, blommor, transport, sightseeing för premiumkortinnehavare, med tanke på alla kundens behov
- Framtagande av skräddarsydda offerter, bekräftelser och dokument, administrativ handläggning och fakturering via företagets egen ekonomiavdelning
- Håll dig uppdaterad inom alla livsstilstrender för den nordiska marknaden
- Aktiv försäljning av kampanjer och exklusiva evenemang

Krav
- Erfarenhet av hotellbranschen, t.ex. som hotell concierge, reception eller i gästrelationer
- Du har goda kunskaper om skandinavisk gastronomi och mattrender, samt inom kultur och sportevenemang
- Energisk och motiverad lagspelare som gillar utmaningen att möta och slå mål
- Människor som brinner för att leverera högkvalitativ och personlig kundservice och har utmärkta forskningsfärdigheter
- Människor som kan använda sitt initiativ och sin kreativitet för att på bästa sätt tillgodose våra medlemmars behov
- Du har stark kommunikationsförmåga och älskar att ge utmärkt service och kvalitet dagligen
- Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
