El supervisor de mantenimiento se encarga de planificar, administrar y controlar las operaciones de servicio de campo en su área, de acuerdo con los requisitos del contrato de servicio, las políticas de la empresa y los procesos de KONE. Es el primer punto de contacto para los técnicos. También es el primer punto de contacto para todas las cuestiones técnicas u operativas planteadas por cualquier cliente cuyos equipos le hayan sido asignados. Es responsable de los costos de las operaciones de campo de mantenimiento (llamadas, reparaciones de servicio, mantenimiento planificado), así como de los ingresos de las ventas de reparaciones de servicio y llamadas.
Actividades:
- Mantener una buena relación con todos los clientes de la zona e interactuar con ellos de forma regular y proactiva-
- Asegurar que se cumplan los compromisos de servicio y que se cumplan las promesas al cliente-
- Comunicar a los clientes que se han cumplido las promesas-
- Garantizar la seguridad de todos los empleados y usuarios finales-
- Garantizar una alta calidad de servicio a través de la presencia en el campo, auditorías de campo periódicas y la promoción de una sólida cultura de seguridad y calidad-
- Investigar cuasi accidentes, incidentes y accidentes, y de seguir la política de la empresa sobre custodia de pruebas e informes internos-
- Desarrollar las competencias, la motivación y el desempeño general de los técnicos mediante coaching regular-
- Asegura el nível correcto de dotación de recursos a corto plazo mediante la gestión de ausencias y a medio plazo mediante la planificación de la capacidad (junto con su gerente)-
- Establecer objetivos individuales y la planificación de acciones anualmente, con seguimiento en revisiones periódicasRequerimientos:
- Ingeniería o licenciatura en administración-
- Experiência como Supervisor de Mantenimiento (metalmecánica, automotriz, automatización)-
