People & Organization Coordinator - GBS Mexico

- As a People & Organization Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR processes, including contracts, leave requests, and performance appraisals.
- Offer guidance and support to employees and managers in resolving employee benefits questions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including calculation of wages, deductions, and employee benefits programs (including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks).
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Track expenses, process invoices, and reconcile financial records.

**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, psychology, administration or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in human resource management or coordination role.
- Familiarity with recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and talent management activities.
- Advanced English.
- Excellent communication, strong organisation, attention to details, continuous learning & problem-solving skills.
