**People & Organization (Human Resources) Analyst Americas**:

Location: Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid
In this role you will have the opportunity to positively impact all of our associates in the LaCan region in all the moments that matter; not only through our processes but also by creating a solid network with different stakeholders. Additionally, this role is the first step in building a successful career within P&O Services by having an end-to-end perspective of many relevant processes and consntant exposure to local, regional and global forums.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the implementation of processes and standards for all People & Organization (Human Resources) Services aspects (e.g. services, processes, continuous improvement) and follow up

inquiries on problems and requests from
customers/users.
- Attend to standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or experts.
- Perform user administration tasks (e.g. access management) -Assist in tracking service requests and troubleshoots - support the analysis of error

messages and questions.
- Perform administrative tasks to facilitate the delivery and presentation of key data to supervisors.
- Prepare reports on the evaluation of services and processes.
- Provide assistance to People & Organization (Human Resources) Services projects at country or BU level

**Requisitos del rol**

Essential requirements:

- University degree
- Fluent English
- Have worked in Shared Services environment
- 1 - 2 years of experience in human resources areas
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing team - high-learning agility, Ability to work under pressure, ability to prioritize and work in ambiguity.
