**Position Overview**:

As part of this shift in Marketing Technology (MarTech), we’re using cutting-edge software technologies and tools like AWS, MS Azure, and Adobe to continue to market our brands to billions of consumers globally.

**You’ll** Do **For** Us**:

- Developing user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Creating reusable codes and libraries for future use.
- Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Participating in code review processes.
- Delivering high-quality, tested, and optimized code for the software.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in software development preferably with a focus on the front end.
- ** English proficiency is a must**
- Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.
- Experience with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like tailwind, ReactJS, etc.
- Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
- Experience with modern scripting languages, NodeJS preferred.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with version control systems, like Git.

**Preferred Experience - if you **don’t** have it, **we’ll** train you **on** it**
- Experiences using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Experience with personal (PII) data privacy and security best practices
- Experience with Azure B2C and Consumer Data (Consumer Identity and Access Management) is a strong plus.
- Experience working in a multinational, distributed team, with in-house and external delivery resources.
- Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile life cycle management tools.
