This position will lead HR matters supporting stakeholders across the plant and also working with US and China.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead HR strategies to ensure business success.
- Develop and implement training programs aligned with quality regulations.
- Optimize current HR processes.
- Document usage rules for plant amenities.
- Plan and bring talent on board timely.
- Ensure accurate and timely employee payments.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree with robust experience in HR
- Strong experience in similar roles within manufacturing industry.
- Open and continuous communication within the recruitment team and stakeholders, propose ideas to transform our current processes to be ready for growth.
- Experience leading a team and create a continuous improvement environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Good experience with Federal Labor Law (México)

- Ability to be adaptable and create partnership with support areas, understanding different perspectives.
- Knowledge of automotive industry procedures.
