Call Center Reps are responsible for assisting existing customers, and may be required, to assist new customers with incoming sales opportunities. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, you will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
**Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)**
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- General knowledge of company, products, and/or services
- Review needs and suggest/promote/sell additional or alternative products or services
- Obtain customer information and enter into various CRM systems
- Adhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flow
- Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information
- Inbound/Outbound sales experience (call center, retail, door-to-door)
- First-call resolution
- Technical PC experience (Windows, preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team (Promotes positive work environment)
- Excellent communication skills (Professional demeanor)
- Ability to build rapport with customers and exhibit empathy
- Ability to multi-task
