**Duties and Responsabilities**:

- Month End Close and Financial Reporting
- Prepares various other accounting statements and reports
- Reconciliations and general ledger
- Assist with accounting projects
- Monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- AP coding and GL coding
- Maintains and protects organization's confidentiality by keeping information confidential
- Performs other duties as assigned by your Supervisor, the Controller, and/or the Finance Director/CFO

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
- Financial statement audit experience
- Able to work well under rigorous deadlines
- Teamwork Oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills and an aptitude for communicating with funding staff and across the organization with employees, department managers & directors
- Demonstrates good organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented and thorough
- Excellent numerical skills and Microsoft Excel Skills, Outlook
- Skilled in collecting information, analyzing data, and reporting results
- Demonstrate ability to adhere to strict confidentiality
- Experience in Financial Audit
- Good job tenure
- Advance Excel knowledge
- Bilingual Spanish and English

**Conditions of Employment**: Individuals must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by the date of hire.

**Compensation**:This position pays a minimum of $24,000 pesos mensuales. Depending on experience, the compensation offered may be higher.
