Compañía líder en tecnología deportiva a nível LATAM solicita:
**Customer Experience**
- Aplicación de encuestas para medir la experiência y satisfacción del cliente, respecto al producto y el servicio en general brindado durante el proceso de compra de nuestros simuladores deportivos mediante llamadas telefónicas, visitas y correos.
- Brindar atención al cliente después del proceso de compra e instalación de nuestros equipos, resolviendo dudas.
- Generar estrategias de comunicación con clientes para asegurar que los simuladores se aprovechen al 100%.
- Generar en conjunto con las demás áreas estratégicas, contenido, entregables, cursos, etc. para que los usuarios incrementen el uso de los simuladores y mejoren las experiência en los mismos.
- Capacitar a clientes sobre el uso de los simuladores.

Ofrecemos:

- Trabajo presencial de Lunes a Viernes
- Horario de 9:00 a 6:00
- Aplicación de telemedicina familiar

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes

- Turno de 8 horas
