Currently we are looking for our next:
**AR Continuous Improvement Analyst**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**
- Support and identify improvements in AR processes
- Create RDA y RPA in order to contribute optimize AR process
- Projects follow-up
- Participate in developing project plans, based on Six Sigma methodology

**What will you be doing?**
- To follow-up projects AR and maintain inform management about the progress of it
- Support the mapping AR process
- Update governance documentation (HO, procedures, politics)
- Update AR Dashboards
- data analytics
- Generate Operative Commitees
- Follow-up issues On base
- Create effective presentations
- Generate RDA’s/ RPA’s

**Qualifications**
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Actuary, Systems Engineer or related majors.
- Knowledge in Continuos improvement tools (desirable)
- Knowledge in:

- Data analytics (intermediate)
- Power Bi
- U-ipath (desirable)
- Visual Basic
- Visio
- Microsoft office (Excel - Advanced)
- Data programming skills, in order to RDA /RPA development
- Project management skills (desirable)
- English 80% (must)
