Currently we are looking for our next:
**BI Analyst**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

Perform financial, operational, human resources (development and life balance) and control KPI's, at LATAM level.

Provide predictive, diagnostic, cognitive, historical statistical models, trends leveraged to the operation.

Analyze and provide agile and timely information aligned with Pepsico processes, controls and policies to ensure the correct and sustainable development of businesses.

Providing best business practices to our business partners Foods & Beverages.

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide Business Indicators with information relevant to the organization
- Develop statistical models: predictive, cognitive, diagnostic, trends, risks and historical
- Develop executive and functional-operative dashboards
- Provide quick and timely information for the BU's & SSC
- Analyze results of business indicators
- Detect areas of opportunity in the different processes
- Contribute with action plans for continuous improvement
- Participate in productivity projects for the area
- Provide support to BU and SSC (Top Mgmt and Staff)

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering in Computing System
- Intermediate/Advanced English
- Ability to give corporate presentations
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Transformation and Innovation Skill
- 1-2 years of experience in SAP ECC
- Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros)
- Power BI (Advanced) - must
- SAP HANA
- SAP ABAP
- Python
- SQL Server
