**As the Business Partner Alliances Manager, you will** lead the development and execution of the company's strategic partnerships and alliances across all industries in Mexico, aligning with the LATAM strategic roadmap.

**You will work closely with** the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to identify potential partnerships, develop relationships, and drive revenue growth through collaborative opportunities.

**What **You’ll** Do**:

- ** Develop and implement **the company's strategic alliances and partnership program to support business growth and revenue targets.
- ** Identify** and target **potential strategic partners in various industries to build long-term relationships supporting the LATAM program.
- ** Establish relationships** with key decision-makers in partner companies to promote business collaboration and sales growth.
- ** Develop and execute** joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
- ** Collaborate** with internal to ensure alignment with partner strategies and initiatives.
- ** Conduct market research** and analysis to identify potential partners, market trends, and competitive activity.
- ** Manage and track** partner performance metrics and provide regular performance reporting.
- ** Monitor **partner activities and ensure compliance with established partner agreements and policies.
- ** Manage **the company's relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
- ** Negotiate and execute** partnership agreements and contracts with partners.

**Who you are**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- ** Minimum** 5-7 **years** **of** **experience** **in** business development, strategic partnerships, or alliances in the technology services industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful strategic partnerships and alliances.
