**JOIN FORMATIC Our rapidly expanding property management company is looking for a dedicated and organized General Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer service calls: Respond to inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
- Follow-up with guest cards: Ensure prospects receive timely and professional communication.
- Schedule property showings: Coordinate with prospects to set up self-showings.
- Perform weekly website checks: Ensure all properties are listed correctly on the company website and external platforms (e.g., Zillow).
- General administrative support: Assist with essential tasks and other administrative duties related to different departments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish): Strong communication skills in both languages.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using software like Google Sheets, Excel, and Office.
- Problem-solving skills, particularly in handling multiple tasks.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Computer with 8GB of RAM.
- Up-to-date Microsoft Windows or Apple macOS.
- Dual monitors (preferred).
- Reliable internet with a minimum of 30 Mbps download speed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in property management or leasing is a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms like ClickUp, Zillow, or Rently is an advantage.

**Work Environment**:

- This is a remote position, so a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5PM HAWAII TIME. Saturdays: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM HAWAII TIME.
