We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **ServiceNow Platform Manager**
- What you´ll do:_
- Set overall platform strategy and design and be accountable for ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Outline vision, investment, and value case for platform strategy and communicate to senior stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain governance structures and best practices with the business and internally for platform services.
- Direct long term planning and development programs, and the appraisal of the program portfolio management against the business strategy, budget available, and value delivered.
- Ensure mínimal technical Debt on ServiceNow Platform and high upgradability
- Own ServiceNow platform performance
- Technically drive and support platform initiatives like Health scan findings, back to box, debt reduction, etc.

- Web and Mobile Industry, Customer, and Competitor Trends
