Asegurar la aplicación de las incidencias de nómina de los diferentes centros de trabajo
- Atención de tickets dentro de SLA establecidos, como: altas de créditos Infonavit, embargos alimenticios y cargas de incidencias de nómina
- Servicio y asesoría a contactos de R.H. sobre tickets de categorías de nómina.
- Generación, cálculos y registros contables de finiquitos
- Apoyoen la generación de información para los requerimientos de auditoría interna y externa
Cumplir con los diferentes níveles de servicios y KPI’s establecidos
