**Objetivo de la posición**:
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias e iniciativas de RR. HH. alineadas con la estrategia empresarial general, así como tender puentes en las relaciones entre la dirección y los empleados, elaborar planes y manejo del DO de la organización así como mantener optimas relaciones laborales y manejo del área de Recursos Humanos en general.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Psicología o afín.
- 5+ años de experiência en ambiente de maquiladora dentro de la industria automotriz
- Orientado hacia las personas e impulsado por los resultados
- Experiência demostrable con métricas de Recursos Humanos
- Conocimiento de los sistemas y las bases de datos de Recursos Humanos
- Capacidad para elaborar estrategias con dotes de liderazgo
- Competencia para establecer y gestionar de manera efectiva relaciones interpersonales en todos los níveles de la empresa
- Amplios conocimientos de legislación laboral y las mejores prácticas de RR. HH.
- Availability of travel

- Bilingüe Ingles/Español

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias e iniciativas de RR. HH. alineadas con la estrategia empresarial general.
- Tender puentes en las relaciones entre la dirección y los empleados ocupándose de las demandas, reivindicaciones y otros problemas
- Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección
- Apoyar las necesidades empresariales actuales y futuras a través del desarrollo, el compromiso, la motivación y la conservación del capital humano
- Desarrollar y controlar estrategias de RR. HH. generales, sistemas, tácticas y procedimientos en toda la organización
- Fomentar un entorno de trabajo positivo
- Supervisar y gestionar un sistema de evaluación del rendimiento que promueva un rendimiento alto
- Mantener planes de pago y programas de beneficios
- Valorar las necesidades de formación para aplicar y controlar programas de formación
- Informar a la dirección y ofrecer apoyo en las decisiones a través de métricas de RR. HH.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento legal a lo largo de la gestión de los Recursos Humanos
