Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with the design, production, and coordination, of a wide variety of marketing and communications materials (printed, electronic, and web-based). This includes, but not limited to, newsletters, blogs, announcements, presentations, social media posts, and podcasts.
- Assist with maintaining overall organization brand look and feel.
- Assist with the coordination and logistics of conferences and tradeshows.
- Research social media audience preferences.
- Manage and maintain up-to-date and accurate files, records, and documents.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other required documentation for the executive leader.
- Conduct research and analysis on renewable energy industry topics.
- Coordinate and organize team events, meetings, and activities.
- Track various key metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and team members.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Marketing Director.
- Complete projects assigned by targeted dates.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and solid time management skills.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualification & Education
- Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of equivalent professional experience in marketing and/or graphic design.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Proficient in using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
- Knowledge of social media platforms specifically LinkedIn is a plus and experience in managing social media accounts
- Familiarity with marketing analytics
- Ability to organize and manage tasks efficiently.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and solve problems that arise in day-to-day work.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all work and communications.

Required Software Knowledge
- MS Office:
- PowerPoint: Intermediate use, SmartArt/Graphic
- Excel: Pivot tables, Sorting, Filters, Rudimentary formulas
- SharePoint
- Canva
- Photo editing software
- Audio Editing software
- Trello
- Mailchimp

Preferred Experience
- Experience working in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
- Experience working with a U.S based company is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including experience in managing customer relationship management (CRM) activities and data.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, with the ability to update and maintain websites, publish content, and make design modifications.
- Familiarity with Box/Egnyte or similar cloud storage platforms, including file organization, sharing, and collaboration.
- Experience using Navan or similar project management software.

- Ability to sit for long periods of time on a computer
