**HR Staffing LLC** is seeking a virtual assistant to join the Human Resources Department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Support the HR team in talent management initiatives, such as performance management and employee development programs.
- Assist with affirmative action planning and reporting to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with payroll processing using systems such as Paychex, ADP, or Ceridian.
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay: $8,749.34 - $12,000.00 per month
