**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**

The main purpose of the role is to support Hires management transformation due to Payroll Project across LATAM, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee processes; guaranteeing cero errors and generating value added services and processes of the Organization.

**Your Impact**

As HR Ops Asst Analyst your functions would consist of
- Daily headcount validation for all current PBT countries (HDN, SV, GTM, ARG, DOM)
- Audit data control previous to payroll dispersion
- Hire process for manual changes in Argentina model
- Test envolvement for Argentina payroll interface connection with EC

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Psychology or Related Career
- Experience in personnel administration, payroll or related field
- Practical experience in personnel management software
- Knowledge in Intermediate Excel
