**Join Our Team as a Sales Opener**

We are currently seeking highly motivated Sales Openers to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in sales and possesses the natural ability to engage effectively with potential clients. We are not just looking for team members; we are seeking partners who are eager to invest their time and energy into building a rewarding career in the logistics industry.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication skills**: English is a 100% MUST, with great to excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Service-oriented**: Able to resolve customer grievances effectively.
- **Experience**: 3+ years in sales.
- **Critical thinking and problem-solving**: Quick in identifying issues and generating effective solutions.
- **Time management**: Proven ability to meet quotas and sales goals efficiently.
- **Organizational skills**: Ability to prioritize work effectively and manage multiple tasks.
- **Collaboration and teamwork**: Good at working with others to achieve common goals.
- **Interpersonal skills**: Strong ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and externally.
- **Integrity and dependability**: High level of trustworthiness with a strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients to discuss their freight and logistics needs, conducting most sales conversations over the phone.
- Evaluate client requirements to ensure our services align with their logistics needs.
- Work with prospects to request a quote, ensuring all necessary information is gathered.
- Transfer the prospect to a sales closer once a quote is placed for the project to be finalized.

**Compensation**:

- This position offers a base salary plus commission.
- Commission is awarded based on the quotes you transfer to the closing representatives.
