**Main Purpose**
The Business Analyst Mexico report to the Mexico General Manager and provide central support to key operations of the company as well a,s adhoc and upon requests, analysis of the company s commercial and operational performance in the country.
He / She also provides suport on specific and recurrent initiatives across the country, occasionally acting as project leader.
Finally, he / she provides admisitrative support to the Mexico General Manager and play an important role on monthly tasks of the company
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- _Market Intelligence and presentation support_
- Identifies and collects the needs of the Maisons in terms of market intelligence, defines and implements a plan to address those needs through the collection and presentation of relevant data, upon request to the management.
- Participate to the elaboration of the Monthly management meeting and key presentations to drive decisions upon the supervision of the General manager.
- _Master data management / Legal matters_
The business analyst play an important role on the following tasks:
- Key user and Finance Approver for the creation / modification / extension of suppliers and customers into the system, training to the users, manage the matrix of approval
- Responsible to manage the contracts database
- Conduct review of all legal agreements to be maintained for Mexico.
- Assist the brands in legal process for every agreement:
- Preparation and follow up of distribution Agreements (Btq, SIS, Distrib, events);
- Preparation of termination letters.
- Coordinate signature from GM & CFO
- Help with Richemont Legal information (RFC; Acta Constitutiva; Poderes; Passports)
- _Internal Control / Operational Tasks_
- Prepare weekly / monthly files: consignation, tax supplier compliance, and other key controls.
- Execution of the monthly controls: T&E review, Gifts & Gratuities review, etc..
- F35: Report to the SAT the benefits above a certain amount on a monthly basis
- Close to the Retail Back Office department to provide support on the Retail activities controls
- Maintain up to date the leases database + execute the monthly posting for closing purposed.
- Redact policies and procedure to be implemented with the support of the General Manager.
- Assist to different cycle counts (Logistics, Customer Service): four-eyes principles
- ICARE controls: revision from the group of our internal processes
- _Adhoc projects_
- With other Richemont functions and / or Maisons participates in and provides support to specific multi-functional projects taking place Mexico.
- Support when external audit
- _Administrative Support to Managing DirectorProvides administrative support to the Mexico General manager:
- Organizes meetings and events
- Arranges travel plans and reservations.
- Assists in the preparation of meetings and presentations (consolidation and analysis of data), prepares and distributes minutes of meetings or any other relevant documentation.
- Draft correspondence or other required documentation and follow up on specific matters
- Send invoices to payment, proof of payments
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible.
- _Corporate Social Responsabilities_
- Be part of a comité
- Ensure the communication between the GM & CFO and the comité
- Finance aspect: invoice, contract, meetings
- Presentation
- Yearly reports (building, water, waste, logistics, travel, CSR, FCA...)
